  • If you landed here then you are interested in improving your fitness and your life! I can help you!  I am an older adult and I started in my late 30s to exercise to improve my health -- now a "baby boomer" still strong and healthy.  Join me on this journey!
  • My aim is to provide a powerful, yet safe exercise experience.  Through a comprehensive program, you can expect to maintain or improve your level of physical fitness. I encourage clients to work at their own pace but to be challenged to meet goals of improved flexibility, strength, and everyday functioning.
  • Keeping in shape will make everyday life activities easier for you!  My exercise program will increase your energy; improve flexibility, balance, health, and self-esteem.
  • Strengthening and toning muscles can save you from chronic and potential life threatening injuries.  
  • Yoga, walking, water workouts, core strengthening, functional fitness, gym equipment workouts--a balanced fitness routine will keep it fresh and challenging.
  • BEST OF ALL, YOU WILL HAVE FUN!  EXERCISING IS A GREAT ACTIVITY TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD.
