Home Based Fitness Training- (my home or yours) using fitness ball, step, bands, free weights, leg weights, mat exercises, and stretching.

Gym Fitness Plan - comprehensive fitness plan to use equipment efficiently.

Yoga/Pilates/Meditation/Breathing - stand alone activities or incorporated in the two plans above.

Walking Test - which includes prescribed 20 week program.

Posture & Alignment Assessment - and a 6 week improvement program.

A typical hour-long session includes warm-up exercises, strength training, ab work, stretching and cool-down.
