I strive for excellence in all that I do all the while maintaining balance, peace and serenity in mind, body and spirit. I wish to leave the world a better place and to enrich the lives of all who come to know me.

My goal as a fitness professional is to help adults maintain functional fitness through flexibility, strength training, and education. My program is tailored to a client's current fitness level and to build from there with fun fitness activities and strength training to JUST KEEP MOVIN'.

My future plans include instructor training to be able to teach the Feeling Fit Club group exercise, exercise classes for adults with arthritis, and restorative yoga. Just keep movin' ... growin'.
